- Determining the purchase
price - Using a discounted cash flow with inputs based
on a thorough analysis of market trends, competition, tenant base and the historic performance of the property, a range of
asking or purchase-offer prices can be established.
- Organizing and managing the process - Once a purchase/sale agreement is signed or financing obtained, Davies REIS will work with your staff
on getting to closing. That includes directing due diligence, underwriting, market analysis, lease and tenant file reviews
as well coordinating the engineers, surveyors, appraisers and other vendors involved in the process.
- Collecting and
reviewing data and documents - As every seller and buyer knows, reams of
paperwork, copies of studies, site and floor plans, policies, and certificates are exchanged in any transaction. We can prepare
the checklist of what is needed and assure every item is obtained, then review them and resolve any problems.
