hands on experience from more than 30 years in commercial real estate. She is innovative and expert in analysis
and transaction and portfolio management across all real estate asset classes. Beverly is an associate broker with McEnearney
Commercial in McLean and is licensed in Virginia, Maryland and DC.

- At WREP, appointed director of asset management in addition to acquisitions
because of proven ability to tackle historic problems with leasing, marketing and deferred maintenance on the company's portfolio
of retail, residential development and office properties. Pursued investment opportunities, dealt with equity partners and
- At ARC, conducted due diligence for
acquisition of a 21-property portfolio in Baltimore; worked with ARC Management on lease administration, budgeting, regulatory
concerns and lease restrictions on a shopping center redevelopment.
CIM, oversaw multiple development projects, helped close $160 million construction loan for the City Vista urban, mixed-use
development, and managed the acquisition of two downtown DC office buildings.
Prior to forming Davies REIS, Ms. Merchant was a mortgage lender
with MetLife Real Estate Investment's Washington office where she was a top producer for the region, completing commercial
loans totaling more than $325 million in 20 months. She was previously at Guardian Realty where she
established an acquisitions department for the developer following its recapitalization and grew its portfolio by 30% within
